Online e-learning course developed by the Partnership for Action on the Green Economy (PAGE) offers an introduction to various approaches and instruments for reforming government spending and revenue generation to support the transition to a green economy. The course provides a practice-oriented approach to understanding green fiscal reform and policy instruments to implement it, focusing on case studies and reform initiatives from around the world.
